Download speed slows when saving in 3.71 64bit. Ok in 32bit.
It appears that when a file is being saved in the 64bit version of UE 3.71 my download slows from a constant 47Mb/s to >1Mb/s and then goes back to 47Mb/s once the file has been saved. I installed the 32bit verison on the same machine and it downloads constantly at 47Mb/s throughout the saving proce...
