Me, too. I'm getting Search Failed (7), even though I just renewed my registration in August.

I just experienced this problem upgrading to v3.5 x64. Avast reports false positive. I had to downgrade again to v3.4.

Alex, thanks for the reply. if it appears to you more logical you can instead limit bandwidth in properties->tasks->bandwidth and not to put bandwidth value in properties->scheduler (just leave it empty), then the scheduler will limit the bandwidth outside the time period. Oops, nevermind. I've figured out my problem. Whereas Scheduler suspends tasks outside of the designated time period, it limits bandwidth *within* the designated time period.
