Bandwidth limiter not working in 1.7.4
Sorry if this has been mentioned before. Thought I'd better let someone know the bandwidth limiter does not appear to be working in 1.7.4. I've had to retrograde back to 1.7.3. I set bandwidth to about 85% of my connection and then have the scheduler remove the limit overnight. It's been working rea...
