Yes I did try disabling the UE tray icon.
I even disabled start minimized.
But nothing helps.
UE quits immediately when there's no desktop present.
Logs don't show any info.
They just show login and logout and no further info.

Just look at the scrollbar and you should know approximatly how much more headers you need to go through.
The scrollbar wasn't allways that reliable in the past but now it is.

Try selecting:

Menu -> View -> Theme -> Office XP

That should give you what you're looking for
