I tried to export some headers with the export function. Everything works fine so far, but the names are cut off for some reason if the subject line is too long. Is there any solution for this?

Basically it just expands the range of possible ips. Instead of having 4 ip fields (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) you'll have 6 with IPv6.

I support this as it would be a nice feature for NP to have. There are still some free nntp that are reachable through IPV6 only and one has to use a tunnel prog for them. In addition to that it will be nescessary some day anyway...

Either I'm missing something or NP won't save incomplete articles unless I do it manually with ALT+A. An enforce option to save incompletes as well as completes with ALT+K would be very useful.

As my server has a lot of incomplete posts it would be nice if you could add a counter for missing parts or make the properties dialogue accept a selection of articles.

Just cpu time or ram as well? I guess that most people could live with just processor time... And maybe you could make an option for lines only, size only and lines & size for those who can spare a few cycles and don't want to reset their database.

I've tested it with some posts and it works just fine. I'm sure there will be some Newzbin / Binnews alternative very shortly thanks to NP. Maybe Alex could even allow attachments in a "Usenet-Posts" section on the board, at least for a short while to test things out.
