hi alex.. ever since i d/l 3.1.1 my d/l speed varies from 67.3kbs to 180kbs if i am lucky...there is nothing wrong with the internet connection as i regulary use other forms of downloads and that hits arouind 750-950kbs... prior to this i have had no problems with the bandwith speed..any suggestions...

i had to recently format my drive so i lost my serial number...where can i get my new one from......
