It's definitly Norton. After leaving UE running for 4 days, sometimes getting headers, downloding bodies, both, searching :D , etc everything was fine. Just now it suddenly stopped. Check your network cabling!!! Had the exact same problems here... wreaked havock on me for months!!! Replaced my LAN wire to my machine.... no more problems!!
