It is the list of all the newsgroups which shows 34483430 as the number of articles in each and every newsgroup.
I don't where it gets this weird number.

For some reason the number of articles for each NG in the list is the same incorrect number.
Am I doing anything wrong?

My mistake. The server was down at the time.
However it would be nice if I could get an error telling me the reaon.

Yes, I am sure. I downloaded 10 files but only complete files were saved.
I tried once again but the same outcome.

It the first server which has high priority stops downloading due to daily download limit being exceeded, will the second server pick up where the first one stopped?

What is use of Par2 files if I cannot dowload files which do not have all the segments?
I tried to download incomplete files but it does not show in downloaded files.

Can it be set as default or each file basis?
