hmmm, , that didnt work either. The router has 3 levels of firewall security..on Medium i can access Usenet through port 119 as normal but search is totally fubar. I'm currently using UE 1.8 and have noticed that when sorting a groups contents via Body, flagged,queue or whatever..that instead of just showing me the contents of the group pertaining to my filter it now still shows me the entire groups contents but puts a blue dot next to items matching my filter...

Actually thats not true..... Firefox can be made to close tabs by double clicking them with numerous extensions. Maxthon web browser closes tabs by double clicking them.
