To answer your other questions: "Download and Save Immediately" will prompt you for a save path. "Download and Save Immediately (Auto)" will auto name the folder based on the subject in the directory you have set under Newsgroup properties in the "Save" field. "Dow...

Minor Bug

Nothing really important - the Headers Window Horizontal Scroll Bar arrow functions are reversed. The left arrow scrolls right and the right arrow scrolls left.

It's really not an issue, just thought you'd like to know.

I've been using it with no problem at all. Server name is the same. In Usenet Explorer, set the server port to 443 and check SSL. Remember to adjust your firewall rules if needed. Alex is correct, the first month is cheaper then the Platinum, but it does go to 29.95 after the first month. Remember y...

The proxy you PMed is hanging for a while then timing out. I think there is just a problem somewhere in the route to the server, that would explain why it works for some. Like you said, it will probably clear itself up in a while. I appreciate all your help, let me know if there is anything else you...

Yes, both servers returned the Pi and smiley face.

\"dog\" did return results 3 from alt.binaries.buzzard and 1 from alt.binaries.dvd.movies

Other searches are still just hanging.

Both of us are having the same problem. I tried to telnet to the ip/ports you PMed and it did connect, just returned some weird characters, enter disconnected. The proxy listed above did not work for search (unless I set it up in the wrong spot) went to Properties>Proxies. Access proxies was not che...

Thanks for the reply, I ment the former. Basically the same way the Workspace in Usenet Explorer works. If you have a folder with multiple newsgroups in it, with the folder highlighted, the right arrow key expands the folder tree, the left arrow collapses it. If you highlight a newsgroup with multip...

Feature Request: Expand and Collapse Threads and Collections

Just a small feature request: Would it be possible to make the Left and Right Arrow keys expand/collapse threads and collections? In most windows applications the right arrow key will expand a tree and the left will collapse it. It would make it a lot easier to browse headers with just the keyboard....
