Task Manager

Alex,
In the Task Manager, right click on a file that is downloading and then Pause, a little hand comes next to the file, but the file keeps right on downloading, I checked to see if it would pause after finishing that one file, but it went on to the next file. Is this working? If you have three seperate files in the Task Manager with 20 Task set in the setup, don't you think it should use all 20 until that first file is finished, what is happening now, is when it gets down to 4 files, it will start 16 on the next in the Task Manager, slowing down the one that is almost finished.
