what is the meaning of "detect passworded rar files"? How is it working?

I had problems to download files that were password protected with enabled "detect passworded rar files". Now after 1 week of searching I found the mistake

UE uses a fast way to check for passworded files, even as in some cases it may detect even nested passworded rar files, it other cases the method may not work, maybe I'll revisit the code later to check if more can be done, if try to actually unrar it may affect performance.

It was only a problem for me because I thought 1 week the files are deleted or missing.
( I tried others servers because of that, giganews, tweaknews, aeton, ssl-news with the test period)
I was happy to found out that it is only because of passworded files.
