I have a payserver where I pay for volume not per month.
I also have some newsgroups at my ISP.
My ISP only allows 15KB/s per thread and using 3 threads in total.
My payserver let's me download at full speed.
I'd like to be able to reduce the bandwith for my payserver only and leaving my ISP server at full speed at all times.
If I use the reduce bandwith option now it sometimes reduces speed for my ISP server too which is something I don't want.
If I keep downloading at full speed from my payserver then I'll be spending more money.
If I use the strict option downloading takes forever with my payserver kicking in only a few times.
Ideally I'd like to put my payserver at 50KB/s max so it takes like half of the messaged from my payserver and half from my ISP.
Saving me money by spending some more time but less time then if I would use the strict option.
