Feature request; Ctrl+F4 Close tab in the main frame tab win

umm instead of the VERY HARD to do with one hand Ctrl+F4 using Ctrl+W to "Close tab in the main frame tab window" like in firefox, ie7, and many other programs

you can also close tabs with doubleclicking, i added it maybe a year ago.

A "select all" item in the edit menu would be nice.
Then we can assign this to an toolbar button too . . .
