Just started this morning when searching anything
"Too Many Users... please try later"

Although after about an hour of trying...it only now just started working...
Should I worry?

Getting the same response from the system, I'm sure Alex will get it fixed.
The one I get reads Search Failed (3)

I've fixed that, ngroups had a problem with header feed, I've restored all affected data from backup.
