Standard Windows Download&Save Dialog

I can't seem to figure out how to change the custom Download&Save dialog to the standard Windows format.

I looked under properties > articles > etc.

but I could not find a way to change the dialog.

I think I have asked this question before.

Someone needs to write a handbook on all the settings
