Starting UE

First - my system had some problems with a virus recently. I got it cleaned up, but now each time I start UE XP pops a dialog box up telling me that the program doesn't have a certificate (or something like that) and do I really want to start the program. I click the OK button and it starts... but its doing this each and every time I start the program.

Is there ANY thing I can do to make XP remember that is ok to start this program?

with xp usually there are no problems with permissions, look for the exact error message on the internet, or post it here, maybe you can find similar reports and where to fix it in system settings.
