Mark whole collection read when downloading

Hi there,

Currently, when I tag an auto collection for download that has par files, only the files downloaded get marked as read. The par files that are not needed to recreate the rar file and therefore not downloaded are not marked as read. This means that when you view the collections, the whole collection is shown as unread. Hitting expand shows all but the par files as read.

This can cause confusion, I find myself relooking at the list of collections and expanding each one in turn, only to find that I've already downloaded it. Par files that are not needed to be downloaded should also be marked as read in my opinion.

it will be changed in the next version, if you want i can upload the version here first, i had this in the to do list for some time already, even as noone had mentioned it in the past.
