"Retry failed articles" priority

It would be really nice to be able to set priority for retry failed articles.
When i autodownload via headers from astraweb quite often although all headers are there some articles are still not available and they go to the failed ones. I have"retry" timer set to 1 min.
These articles go at the bottom of the queue after par2 files.. and ue usually starts repairing.

What I remember, retried articles are requeued with the same priority and they are placed into the queue as if they didn't leave, so on the top of the articles queued later with the same priority, do you see it differently?
