Time of Day header get ?

I've moved and no longer have a really good high speed internet connection, now I just have a very puny DSL.

To make the best of the situation I'd like to do header gets once a day, over night. Is there a way to set the header get to happen at a particular time? Not just every X-minutes?

there is no certain time function.

if you launch the program at certain time and keep it running you can set get headers every 24 hours, then it will be about the same time while the program is running.

it would be not difficult to add, e.g. to set starting point, the options are already abundant in that area of properties though with not much space left.
