In the last week I have not been able to download bodies. I can search and mark the headers and then or find them in a newsgroup but when I try to download them they all say no file found. This has been both giganews and usenetserver. I can download them with newsbinpro but I like usenetexplorer better. What am I missing?
I do not use a proxy but do use tunneling via giganews. However this occurs even if I am not connected to the tunnel.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no improvement.

Tasks menu->task manager, do you see any red question sign tab, if so click it what error message do you see there?
"no file found" did you take from there, what is the exact error message with the error code?

that those servers are there and they are enabled to download article bodies the settings are in edit menu->properties->servers
