Checking Database Health

I have lately been getting concerned about the health of my databases. There have ben times when I have had a corrupted database and had to rebuild or reset. Is there any command line parameter or menu command that would allow Newspro to run a consistency check upon the database to let me know if there are problems. If this is not presently available I think that it would be a nice addition to a great program.

make a file/optimize database.

this is the only known function to
"health" a working database.

depending on your database size,
you should do this each (few) week(s)

additiv you can set the purge del headers variable to
keep your database small.
