how to create one filter with both subject and author

Hi.

Probably this has been posted already, but I can't seem to find it.
I want to created a (watch)filter that filters for both subject AND author.
The posts I want to watch always come from a specific author, while all other authors post garbage with the same subject.

Is it possible to create a (watch)filter that searches for subjectfilter from a specific author?
If yes, how?
