Opening folder automatically on startup

This seems like a world's simplest question, but here it is anyway. It is possible for UE to retain its layout (i.e. its open child windows) through a quit/restart? I have to reopen my preferred folder (consisting of several newsgroups) each time I start UE, and there seems to be no option to set folder startup behavior in Properties. I tried setting all of the newsgroups within the folder to Load, but this did nothing.

There is no option to open a folder, if to have newsgroups loaded it will open much faster.

In principle it could be added to the combo box.
