I'm starting now to understand.

In edit menu->properties->save/unpack, save, saving attachments, Ignore "No such article errors" must be checked.

It is checked by default, but maybe you accidentally unchecked it.

The option left from old times, when there was no par2 repair.

If it doesn't save incomplete attachments, there are less data/repair blocks, so it is what you get.

It is why you see "Missing".

Was the option unchecked in your settings?

Maybe I'll remove that option altogether or will make it difficult to uncheck.
