Single password protected RAR file

Hi,
very strange, this problem was fixed in a previous version, but it's back, or is it a setting?

1. If you download a password protected RAR file (single file!) and the check for password protection is enabled, that's impossible. Why?
2. UE will not download the file because it's password protected. AND
3. You can't set the password on that single file.

The only solution currently is to disable the password check, let it download and then set the password.

Try to give me an example and I'll check it out.

Is there a par2 file somewhere? What is the difference when it is a multifile rar post?
