Keep PAR2 paused until necessary / {{ }} nzb password

How is this new feature supposed to work?

I import an NZB with a {{password}} - this is what happens:

1) the .rar and .par2 files are queued up
2) the download fails because UE detects a passworded RAR set
3) the .rar set files are moved to the error tab
4) the .par2 files are not moved and are all unnecessarily downloaded
5) I choose "Set unrar password" and the password is already in the box
6) I click OK and the .rar files are re-queued and everything downloads as expected

Why isn't the password used without my intervention? Is there some new setting I'm missing?
