Very strange effect: Download doesn't complete 100%

Hello,
I currently have the problem that downloads never finish 100%. UE sits there, I see that last couple of articles sitting in the task manager. Bandwidth usage is 0. Then I end UE, restart it and the last couple of articles get downloaded immediately. I can't explain why this is happening.

Try to reduce the read/write timeouts in edit menu->properties->tasks.

If the tasks still hang without increasing the retry count, it might be antivirus or another third party application which is involved on TCP level.

Then also try to cancel (ESC) tasks from the task manager, it may not work as well.
