log file gone - How do I create a new log file for download

HI,

I seem to have lost my log file for downloaded articles. Sinve I use Mike Stammer program I need this file.
Can somebody plaese tell me how I can create a new file and wehre to store this file to.

you might try a program that can recover lost data on a disc, even when you deleted it.

The deleted file could still be there.
