retention problem

in recent times I setup 1-3 days of retention in newspro for one group but I get the full retention? ( I set up the rest for delete)

check all servers are accessible, if it fails or doesn't reach 'GROUP' command for the server (e.g. cannot connect) it won't apply retention to the server headers since it is done together with 'last headers' so server group information is needed.
