news.east.newsfeeds.com only returns one newsgroup list.

news.east.newsfeeds.com only returns a single newsgroup after resetting and getting newsgroups (newsfeeds.customer.information). I put my credentails in the server configuration section. Why is it only getting one newsgroup?

You should have news-east.newsfeeds.com (note the dash instead of a dot)
