Where is the option to remove the "Trim Subject"

I'm using v1.22, the notes say there is an option in General
to remove the subject trimming, however I cannot find it.

It's in the Edit menu.

i corrected it in the release notes, the option is in the edit menu, so it could be customized (shortcut can be added which will trigger the option), if i put it in properties, it would be impossible.
