PAR2 Pause - Unpause doesn't work

Hi there!

Well, awesome developments during the past couple of months!

I enjoy the par2 pause function however, I do believe it doesn't work properly...

If I checked the par2pausefunction (p2pf), new par2sets would automatically be kept from downloading... However, unchecking the p2pf wouldn't change anything to the already paused par2 sets... Is this intentional?

What I had to do in order to unpause them was, to go into the taskmanager, select every par2set, rightlick and unpause them manually.

par2 related toolbar buttons are only for marking par2 files for download, not for manipulating par2 files in the download queue. if par2 files are the only files you mark as paused you can just invoke ctrl+a (select all) and then "unpause" in the task manager.

pause par2 files is not very useful option (just users requested and i added it i don't use it myself, i would rather use "mark fixed amount of par2 files for download").
