Need Help in Uploading

When uploadingto Giganews, the upload is very fast, then the part stops on 100% for several minutes. After several minutes it says "Connecting" again for several minutes. The net result is that when it uploads it is very fast but it actually uploads maybe 5% of the time. What is the reason for this? NOTE: This is with 7 to 10 connections Most of the time it just seems to be sitting there doing nothing.

try to increase timeouts, after post server should cofirm or reject the post, probably it is read timeout then, but it is known that giganews had all kinds of problems in the past apart from their fast but dumb customer support so probably the best solution is to use another provider.
