Save queue - change time intervall?
Lately the saving of downloaded articles seems to take forever. I remember from NewsPro that it was possible to set the time how often the save queue should be invoked. I kind of miss that option in UE? Or is there some setting to make it save more often?
Unless the save queue is paused, UE will save articles as soon as they are downloaded. If your drive(s) are heavily fragmented or if you save to a partition on the same drive the operation will be slow.
In principle, defragment both the partition your UE database is located in and the partition you are saving files to. Saving to a partition on a different drive also speeds things up.
