Download Immediately hotkey?

I don't see any keyboard shortcut for Download Immediately listed, but I think it would be very useful for reading text posts while having files downloading. Any way to to accomplish this without using the context menu each time?

you can configure shortcuts, press the downward arrow at the rigth of the toolbar, add/remove buttoms, customize, keyboard.

Got it, thanks! That's very helpful, I guess I shoulda looked around some more
