After Update (NPR39reg) version is still 3.81 ?

UPDATE NOT WORKING (for me) ?
After updating NPR39reg - I still get info about a new version !
Check of the version (after update!) says it is version 3.81
Tried several times - without any luck !
Then I deleted the NEWSPRO.EXE and Updated again
(checked all Volumes for a duplicate NEWSPRO or NEWSPROEXTRACTOR)
I saw that the new NewsPro was created but.... unfortunately -- Same Result!
I wonder what is going wrong - is it a registry question or what..
Can anyone shine some light on it ?
