In Newspro I was able to save incomplete attachments.
UE has the same feature but does not always work right.
When servers are done downloading and a part is xx% available I choose "Save attachment" in the context menu and then nothing happens??
When I choose the first Tab in the Task manager and click on the attachments image and choose save attachment in the context menu it saves the attachment and works fine.
Is this a bug?
Edit: I found out that all servers need to be done! This includes the disabled servers

Also, look in Properties-> articles.
There are several options there that might help. Specifically, if you depend on PAR2 files to correct errors:
UNcheck "Detect yEnc Errors," and "Abort download when significatn "Lines:" misreporting.
I find that this helps me to retain the data I need for the PAR2 files to do their job.
Of course, I welcome correction from more advanced users if I am incorrect about this!

I have Properties->Articles->Detec yEnc errors permanently unchecked as I always grab a few pars. The way I see it is if you can download something and it has an error, you may still be able to fix it anyway even if it had an encoding problem. I'm thinking here of RAR recovery records and the like which can help even if the poster has not posted pars. This way you can decide if you'd still like to keep the file(s) - not UE. I used to have it checked but then discovered just how many files had encoding errors and they generally come out OK or just miss a block here or there which the pars will be able to fix.
Abort download when... I've never had to touch as I've not noticed any problems that this option could have solved.
