Hello group,
I have been trying around things with the filter option and I got to work out the inital filter option.
Now I have a question regarding filtering when you allready have opend a group.
An example: I have several newsgroups into a virtual newsgroup assigned. I open this virtual newsgroup and after I have opend this grop I would like to "filter action" on the open virtaul group. With different filter setups. How can this be made? I have tried out several ways but I guess I miss something here - or is this not possible?
Any help is very apprichiated! Please by easy on your english, since this in not my moter toung.
Thanks a lot for your input

filter question
there are several filter related toolbar buttons.
if there is initial filter you can uncheck the inital filter button to disapply it.
the filter combo box - you can define different filters and apply them (only one at a time, but you can define a number of composite filters in the filter editor, just i wanted a trade-off between simplicity and usability). you can apply/disapply the current filter with the filter button next to the initial filter toolbar button. it is basically all, the button to the right of the filter combo box is filter editor where you can edit or enter new filters.
