Download&Save not working!

Hi everybody!
My problem with UE v1.4.1:
I can't download&save using context menu nor key shortcut!!!
The bodies are effectively:
queued in the Task manager>Articles tab, with a save path defined
then downloaded, therefore show up in Task manager>Downloads tab
But the attachements don't get saved!
I still can use the saveattachements context menu or key shortcut to save
the downloaded attachements from Task manager>Downloads tab
but only one attachement at a time!!!
Any solution to this problem? Is it a bad setting problem or a bug?
Thanks everybody

if you select several attachments they will be saved all, should be no difference one or several attachments.
what is the save path, maybe it is too long and exceeds the windows maximal path length (240 characters or around that).
can you give me an example what attachements it won't save and the exact path where you are trying to save them (are you using "auto" or just "download&save"?).
if you suspend the save queue and then release it the attachments get into the queue but then they land in the downloads pane?

If we are talking about seleting multiple lines in the task manager> download tab, I've tryed that and it does not work!! The only thing that works is double clicking ONE subject line and saving the attachment after selecting the destination folder.
Multi subjects lines selection + saving the attachements seems to wok fine but nothing gets done!

.
Even short destination paths like c:\apath with short file name like afile.rar does not work.

I've tryed both auto and dowload&save none work!
The crazy thing is I've reinstalled UE rebooted and I still have the same problem.
This problem came up with the UE v1.4.1 as it worked fine with the precedent installed version v1.3
knowing I've changed my default database folder to another disk when I've installed the new v1.4.1 version. And copied all UE database folders to the new location database location.

i added it later maybe you missed it:
if you suspend the save queue (tasks menu->suspend save queue) and then select several entries and invoke "save attachments", do you see them appearing in the "save" pane with the hand icon?
then you unsuspend the save queue are they saved?

in this case there are a lot of signs - the suspend save toolbar button is in the pressed space, the save task manager tab icon is not greyed, there is hand icon on every save queue entry and if you move mouse cursor above it it gives tooltip "save queue suspended".
when you ran out of disk space or other disk error occured the program suspends the save queue but i think it gives small message telling that the save queue suspened.
in other cases when things really may be misleading i'm trying to change something to show more difference (like in the next version the quick filter "apply" and "find" modes will be distincted with different background colors).
