Is there somewhere a setting which makes it possible for UE to keep a history of downloaded files from the search service?

the search request history is kept in the combo boxes (to clear edit menu->clear history)
also there is save attachments log "properties->articles->log saved attachments" in the ue database directory you'll see the file
