Where are my downloads??
Where are my downloads??
Hello!!! I noticed lately that whenever I download, the files never show up. I go through my usual steps, name the directory where I want the files saved and as always it appears like the downloading is taking place, then after a little while when the downloading is complete, I look in the directory where the files are supposed to be and it is empty. The new directory/folder I created is there, but it's empty. Any thoughts? I'm not aware of doing anything differently, I just noticed that the downloads weren't showing up where I'm setting them up to be. Thanks for any help you can provide.
Hi Blur
Not being a total expert. But you can try these couple things to see what is happening (as this occationally happens to me)
First do a search on your computer to make sure you didn't accidentally send it someplace else
Second Go back into UE and see if there actually were Files attached to the articles (sometimes servers strip the attachments but leave the articles).
Third try downloading one of the attachments again and watch and see if the server throws an error. It might have been corrupted on the server.
Hope this helps.

Life without Music would be a Mistake!
Check the Save tab in Task Manager. If the files are there then your save queue has been suspended. This will happen if you suspend it manually or automatically if you run out of space on the partition files are being saved to. Check you have enough free space (UE will tell you if it suspended saves due to lack of space). Re-enable the save queue by selecting File->Default toolbar->Suspend save queue.
