I just had two questions...

I have my server limits/counter reset to: 1 (day) 12:00(hh:mm), thinking this would reset the counters at 12:00 (am/pm?) on the 1st of the month. My counter for the server is showing 25g, while the directory that I d/l into contains nearly 60g. Any thoughts why this would be?

Secondly, when I right-click D/L and save attachments, it prompts me for a directory (which I like). When I do 'advanced->D/L and save w/priority, it goes to a default autogenerated directory. Is there a way to make the w/priority option behave the same way (ie. prompt for a directory).

And a little request if you're taking them... any chance of making priority a simple 1-10 thing? I'm looking for more categories - I always end up finding something I want to be higher priority after I already arranged stuff... it would be great to have more working range there. Just a thought.

with counters can you be more specific? i'm just busy with something else i don't think the code doesn't work. try to set it to certain day like date tomorrow and see whether it will work ok.

secondly there is download&save attachments and download&save attachments (auto), probably you invoked "auto" by mistake.

priorities 1-10 are not possible, it was the case in newspro (even 16 priorities as i remember), many users had a problem to remember which is the highest and which is the lowest so in UE i made it highest and lowest etc as words, plus i used the word preference for servers since prioritity could be interpreted both ways, even if to use words instead of numbers.

In the properties - servers, it says "reset download limits and counters at". And I have "1" for day and "12:00" for hh:mm.

My problem is not that it's resetting or not resetting... it's that my download MB appears incorrect. I'm looking on the workspace->servers tab, and there is a number after my server "775kb/s 30929MB". I assumed that was the running total for this server. It is not accurate, as I have nearly 100gig now on a dedicated drive that is being fed by UE. I have no other servers defined. This 30929 number is moving, but slowly... it has grown about 5000MB since my previous post - yet I have downloaded easily another 20gig.

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing?

the time setting is in 00:00 - 23:59 range, it is not am/pm.

you can just download a single attachment of given size and see how the counter grows both in the article task pane and in the server counter. at the first glance i don't see here anything unusual.

if you have several servers the download bandwidth will be spread among them.
