Hello

Can i link a scheduler task with a news group server or a server subset?

exemple
server A : 10am to 20pm and bandwidth limit 25
server B : 9am to 23pm and bandwidth limit 50

It's possible ?

no, only overall bandwidth speed limit can be set.

in my memory in the past noone asked about separate bandwidth per server in any context.

ok the bandwidth is global

but is there a option for suspend task for a server during a time ?

exempel

server A 24h/24h 7d/7d in service
server B 9amto22pm 7d/7d in service and the rest of time he sleep

I think is a good idea separate bandwidth per server...
because i need this option ( but ok it's not critical for me )

no, all options for servers are in properties->servers and the rest of options are in the servers workspace pane server context menu, including enable/disable server (in the advanced submenu), but it is not per time basis.

in the past user suggestions regarding per server settings were more likely and the program implementation accumulates such requests for many years back, i adopted all newspro options in this regard.

try to explain what do you need it for, maybe there are ways to achieve it.

e.g. if the server returns error message which indicates a period of inactivity you can suspend the server temporarily effectively achieving what you want, the option is in properties->general->exceeding download limit (but with this option you can make it to suspend the server for any reason, triggered by certain server error message).

My isp have a news group server but if you use him during the night the size is / per 2

exemple between 11h pm to 8h am if you download 2G there is only 1G in your account

Dou you understant ?

I search a solution for use this news server only during this period ( 11h pm to 8h am )

but what is the other server then, not unlimited account?

you could set to use the ISP server only for bodies so you won't need header download during the day, but then with the current option set you need to enable/disable it manually when you want to use the server, maybe there is a kind of network scheduler that would allow to control using connections, i'm unlikely to add such per server bandwidth control.

if you have a commercial server it doesn't have to be limited account, then it wouldn't be critical how many GBs you consume from the ISP news server and when.
