license expired

getting message "search failed -your license eligibility has ended. purchasing a new license is needed to regain full search service access"

i tried to do a 'reset configuration" but still not working

who do i need to pay, or what little minor piddly little thing am i missing

When you want to continue the Search Server licence, you just have to register UE again here.

I think it's about time Alex puts something like a link in UE's help menu or pops up a box when people search to take people straight to this.

i kinda figured that was the case, thanks jo.

now, after i reregister, where do i put the new reg number? or will i need to start from scratch?

Help->About->Register Usenet Explorer.

You can input a new key and continue where you left off, of course now with the Search Service renewed.

ya know....i looked at the 'about' window about 20 times and still missed that.
sometimes i wish i had back all the brain cells i burned up in high school...
