Usenet Explorer

My internet provider is no longer doing newsgroups.My question is well really 2 questions is 1 can I still use my usenet explorer with other newsgroups providers and 2 what are some good ones to use.Thank you tazfan

I am sure that people who use private news servers will have their favorites. I've used a few over the years and it will ultimately come down to what is important to you like price, retention, newsgroups, and threads. I personally like usenetserver.com. They have a decent package for $14.95 a month.

ngroups resells usenetserver but they have additional european server, i'm not sure about speed if they cap it or not relative to UNS, you need to ask them, maybe the right question is if you can access any UNS server through ngroups account.

All I know is that I am having withdrawls not being able to get on usenet.It sucks
