When deleting a set of rars, check to see if there's a .sfv file with the same filename. If so, delete it too.

This might already be in UE and I just haven't found the option yet. When UE unrars a set and then deletes the rars, it would be nice if it also deleted the .sfv file that went with those rars. After all, once those rars are gone, the .sfv file has no value whatsoever. However, I wouldn't want the option to be to delete all .sfv files because I actually save them for mp3 albums. So, I guess the way I would want it is:
