How do I clear the drop downs in the quick filter bar?

Hi again gang,
Lately, a lot of the groups I have been going to are completely flooded with sporging. I have been using the quick filters a whole lot and I have quite a lot of entries in the field when I choose the drop down to choose a recently typed entry. Is there a way I can clear the recent entries? or perhaps edit the list?
