I can not download specific files, when I search for "babylon" (the tool) I can not download it. The download begins and ended shortly after that.

all other content i can donwload , what is this? My firewall + antivirus are de-installed.

Did the console or errors(question mark) tab show any errors or warnings in the Taskmanager?

no error or question mark. Has UE a antivirus function?

What happens when the file has stopped downloading, does UE show the file as downloaded or is it deleted or what?
How do you start the download(download&save or something else)?

The more information you can provide the easier it is to help, as UE usually gives some information if there was a problem.

It looks like a loooooong waiting. The check mark is there but it stay. The download speed seems to beginn with 20 kb/s and than goes to zero.

it might be a trouble with the server, in the end you should get then at least a timeout error (see task manager, the red "?" pane to the right of the articles pane).

also you can let me know what exact post you are trying to download (forum also ok, if not here then through pm).

if server trouble you would need to contact them to resolve it (e.g. their hard drive which contains bodies is damaged but they don't know it yet).

means:
From the transfer connection data can not read. A existing connection was software-controlled stopped via host computer.

newspro is able to download by article number at the price of many times more memory usage, maybe the provider newsgroup message-id index got corrupted. usenet explorer also has this mode but you don't want to use it for large binary groups. newspro also should fail when you download the file through nzb (and it is nowhere else in some group among normally downloaded headers) since then article number won't be available.

i've sent you a test account try to check whether it works there. if the speed is adequate (should be) you also can save $240 a year on usenet provider if you like.

I had forget to say: before this problem: Norton notify me that this "babylon version 7.0....." has a virus inside.

But Norton IS is not installed now I have it de installed....

norton is unlikely to detect it on the download stage and then it would be the same case with newspro, you may try to check it on a clean system to be sure.

try with the other server if it works it is something wrong on the server end.

now I have test it and it is working ....?! (with another news provider)

so if it is a problem for you - change provider (this is 3 times cheaper) or contact the server support so they fix their bug.
