Cannot find server or DNS-error

I am a beginner with this program and I get this message Cannot find server or DNS-error everytime I check the boxes to download a program.
How do i solve this problem. Please give me a detailed answer. THanx in advance.

You need to check that the news server details are correct specifically the server name.

also it might be firewall, try to add news.microsoft.com:119 and check if you can download newsgroup list.
Deleting servers

In the list of servers there are a few which i know they're wrong and i would like to delete them. I just don't know how whether it is possible at all?

in the servers pane right menu mouse button (context menu) -> delete, you can select several servers using shift or ctrl to delete them at once.
